Testing Technology Service Ltd (TTS) Inspection and Auditing services are designed to help our clients reduce and mitigate risk in the supply chain.
Main business:
1. Pre-shipment Inspection
We go to factory after 100% finished production and above 80% packing at least. We check the data like appearance, workmanship, function, safety and other points required by customer. We pick out defectives and ask factory to rework or replace.
2. Full inspection
Full check means we will go to factory after goods are 100% finished production and packing. We check one by one, pick out defectives and inform factory to replace or rework. We will also check the data like appearance, workmanship, function, safety and other points required by customer.
3. Factory Audit
We go to factory to check factory production ability and scale, business license and tax registration certificates, and other info etc.
4. Container Loading
This service ensures containers in good condition and secured sealed after loading. We will keep watch on how goods be loaded to the container. We check the product information, quantity and packing. We will take ***ail pictures of loading process and record container no. /seal no./quantity of cartons. We will leave after container leaving factory.
5. Inspection adding Container loading
The service should be on the same day. Please refer to above information for ***ails.
